Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Vizado platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Permitted Use
The Platform is made available exclusively for use by registered immigration consulting agencies, visa agencies, and travel service businesses (“Agencies”) and their authorised staff for legitimate professional practice management purposes. The Platform is a software tool only.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must immediately notify Vizado of any unauthorised access to your account
- You must not share account credentials with individuals who are not authorised staff of your Agency
- Each staff member must use their own individual login; shared accounts are prohibited
4. Professional Compliance
Agencies using the Platform are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining all required professional licences, registrations, and authorisations (including RCIC/ICCRC membership where applicable)
- Complying with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR), and all other applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws
- Ensuring all representations made to IRCC, CBSA, or any other government body are accurate and authorised
- Obtaining proper written consent from clients before creating case files or uploading their personal information
- Maintaining their own professional liability insurance
Vizado does not verify the professional standing of Agencies or their staff and makes no representation that use of the Platform satisfies any regulatory or professional obligation.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Platform to engage in immigration fraud, misrepresentation, or ghost consultancy
- Uploading forged, altered, or fraudulent documents
- Providing ghost consulting services (acting as a representative without disclosure)
- Accessing or attempting to access another agency’s workspace or data
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works of the Platform
- Using automated scripts or bots to scrape or interact with the Platform
- Violating any applicable law or facilitating unlawful activity
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Vizado Platform are the property of Vizado or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No rights are granted beyond that scope.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VIZADO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIZADO AND INDUCER SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIZADO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms of Use. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email and in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
