One Key™ Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2025
Platform DisclaimerVizado is a software platform only. Vizado does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, visa guidance, travel services, or any regulated professional service. All advice and professional services are provided exclusively by the registered Agency. Agencies are solely responsible for their professional conduct, regulatory compliance, and all client outcomes.

1. What Is One Key™

One Key™ is Vizado’s unified workspace credential and access management feature. It provides the Agency Administrator with a single master credential that governs access to all workspaces, integrated services, and third-party connections configured within their Vizado agency account. One Key™ is available to agencies on eligible subscription plans.

One Key™ is a trademark of Vizado. Unauthorised use of this name or mark is prohibited.

2. Eligibility

  • One Key™ access is granted only to the designated Agency Administrator at the time of account registration
  • The Agency Administrator must be an individual with full authority to act on behalf of the Agency
  • The Agency must be in good standing with an active Vizado subscription

3. Scope of Access

The One Key™ credential grants the Agency Administrator the ability to:

  • Invite, suspend, and remove staff members from the agency workspace
  • Configure role-based permissions for all staff
  • Manage connected third-party integrations and API tokens
  • Access billing, subscription, and plan management settings
  • Export all agency data from the Platform
  • Permanently close the agency account
One Key™ access represents the highest level of privilege in the Platform. The Agency is solely responsible for ensuring that One Key™ credentials are held and managed by an authorised individual. Vizado is not liable for any actions taken by persons who obtain the One Key™ credential without authorisation.

4. Credential Security Obligations

  • The One Key™ credential must not be shared with any third party, including staff members, contractors, or advisors
  • The Agency Administrator must use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication
  • If the One Key™ credential is compromised or suspected to be compromised, the Agency must notify Vizado immediately at info.ca@app.vizado.io
  • Vizado may suspend a One Key™ credential without notice if we detect signs of compromise or abuse

5. Transfer and Succession

One Key™ credentials are non-transferable. If the Agency Administrator changes (e.g., the business is sold or the administrator leaves), the new administrator must be verified through Vizado’s identity verification process before access is transferred. Contact support@app.vizado.io to initiate this process.

6. Revocation

Vizado reserves the right to revoke One Key™ access immediately and without prior notice if:

  • The Agency violates the Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions
  • The Agency subscription lapses or is terminated
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe the credential has been compromised or is being used fraudulently
  • Required by law or a lawful court order

Upon revocation, all staff access linked to the Agency workspace will also be suspended pending resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vizado is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of a One Key™ credential or from any actions taken by the Administrator or any person who obtains the credential. The Agency indemnifies Vizado against all claims arising from misuse of One Key™ access.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as One Key™ features evolve. Material changes will be communicated to Agency Administrators by email with at least 14 days’ notice.
