Vizado is a software platform. It is not a law firm, immigration consulting firm, regulated immigration representative, travel agency, or financial services provider. No lawyer-client, consultant-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by use of the Platform.

Vizado does not verify the regulatory status, professional standing, or licensing of any Agency registered on the Platform. Agencies are independently responsible for maintaining their licences, complying with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC/CICC) rules where applicable, and acting within the scope of their authorised practice.
Vizado is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of IRCC, CBSA, ICCRC/CICC, or any government body.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, calendar services, payment processors). Vizado is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services and makes no warranty regarding them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Any sample documents, template text, checklist items, or example workflows included in the Platform are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not to be relied upon as legal or professional advice, and Vizado makes no representation that they are accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular situation. Agencies remain solely responsible for the accuracy and suitability of all materials used with their clients.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, under the British Columbia Arbitration Act, unless you are a consumer entitled to court access under applicable law.
For disputes involving consumer privacy rights under PIPEDA, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.
